A little about your guest speaker, MARTIN SUKENIK.

Martin is a distinguished entrepreneur, investor, and author in the real estate industry. Born in Slovakia, he migrated to the UK in 2010, driven by a relentless pursuit of new opportunities.

Since founding Rainbow NW Limited in 2010, Martin's astute leadership has resulted in the successful sourcing and completion of over 220 properties since 2019, amassing an investment of more than £25 million, with the majority of overseas clients hailing from Hong Kong. This exceptional track record earned him the prestigious "Deal Maker of the Year" award in 2022.

An expert in property refurbishment, Martin and his team have transformed over 90 properties, revitalising local communities and creating lucrative investments. He has also undertaken his own development projects, providing fixed-rate returns to investors.

Martin's entrepreneurial journey culminated in his debut book, "The Art of Loyalty: A Man's Journey to Building Lasting Relationships in Business and in Life," which imparts invaluable wisdom on the transformative power of loyalty in both personal and professional relationships. His impact on the business landscape continues, inspiring others to pursue their dreams with unwavering loyalty and determination.

Martin regularly attends PSN events and has personally raised a £1,000,000 investment through networking at PSN events.

A little about your guest speaker, JOHN PENQUET.

John is an experienced property investor and industry economist.  He is recognised and respected due to his research and insights, which have proven accurate and useful for investors large and small over the past five years.  

John is the co-founder of Ultimate Property Dashboard, consultant to several property and financial companies, author of the book, "Truth or Dare", mixed strategy portfolio landlord and co-owner of Flex Property Education.

John creates insights from alternative data and has successfully invested in property.  John’s approach is different from the standard processes we have all used to and is now being replicated by other successful businesses.  Data is critical, but not just any data, as John will show you.  

John's insights and experience are at the cutting edge and will help us all overcome today’s challenges and profit from future opportunities.

John lives in rural Wales with his wife Kate and three children.  When not playing with data, John enjoys classic cars, learning to sail and mountain walking.
